Their latest album, 2004’s Between The Rails, is an absolute gem — besides covering a really wide range of musical textures from whisper to howl, the melodies just grab you and then settle right into your bones. They make for the kind of songs that sound totally new and yet somehow familiar at the same time. Oh, and a lot of them just flat-out rock.

Anyway, don’t take my word for it, just hit their site and download some free mp3s from the music page or click the radio link for a live stream. Then go buy an album.
